Spain: 2–3 business days
Balearic Islands: 3–5 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
Rest of the world: 3–9 business days
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or product availability.
Please note that shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance procedures. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Helena Rohner cannot assume responsibility for such delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery address.
Aproximate costs:
Spain: €10 to €72
Europe (EU): €17 to €39
Other European countries: €22 to €56
USA, Canada: €27 to €100
Rest of the world: €35 to €150
All non-EU orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. Taxes and duties will be covered by the company to ensure a hassle-free purchase with no additional charges.
To know the exact shipping costs, you can calculate them at checkout. They are based on weight, dimensions, and destination. These fees will be added to your order total and are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order upon receipt, you have thirty days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. If the item is damaged during shipping, the return may not be accepted.
Exchanges
Items can only be exchanged for the same model in a different size or color. Please specify the size you’d like to exchange for. If you wish to exchange for a different item, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order. Shipping costs must be paid again.
Returns
In the case of a return, shipping costs will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for defective products).
Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.

Defective Item
An item is considered defective if it is received in such a condition. Damage caused by use will not be considered a defect. If you wish to return a defective item, please note it can only be replaced with the same item in the same size.
