Estimated delivery times:

  • Spain: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 3–9 business days

We are currently unable to ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on payment authorization, product availability, or customs procedures. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Helena Rohner cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to destination, weight, and package size.

Approximate shipping rates:

  • Spain: €10–72 
  • European Union: €17–39 
  • Non-EU European countries: €22–56 
  • USA & Canada: €27–100 
  • Rest of the world: €35–150 

The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

All non-EU orders are shipped under DDP terms. Duties and taxes are included in the final price. No additional charges will apply upon delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges and returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Returns may not be accepted if the item has been damaged after delivery.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or colour. For a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original purchase.

Returns

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are covered by Helena Rohner.

To request a return, please contact shop@helenarohner.com and we will provide a return label.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Faulty items

An item is considered faulty if it arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Damage caused by wear and tear or misuse will not be considered a fault.
