Returns & Exchanges
If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of thirty days, counting from the date of receipt, to execute the right of return.Changes
Only one item can be exchanged for the same item in a different size. Please specify the size for which you want to exchange the item. If you want to exchange for a different item, we recommend making a return and ordering again.Returns
In case of return, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Likewise, the collection costs will be paid by the customer (with the exception of defective products).- The refund will be made to the buyer's credit card.
- Items purchased online can also be returned to our store at C / Almendro, 4. 28005 Madrid within the specified period.
- The item must be returned new, unused and within 30 days from the day of receipt.
- Use the original packaging for shipping, if the item is damaged in transport it may not be accepted for return.
